Can I cancel my order?

yes, in this case, you have to contact us after 4 days  from placing the order, through:

If the order is canceled after 4 days, the prepaid advance may be deducted to compensate for the damage caused by starting the manufacture of the product. If the order is prepaid, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

The customer checks the product before the delivery representative leaves, receiving the product is an implicit acknowledgment and approval by the client that the product is free of any technical defects that prevent the use of the product. 

How can I return a product?

Should there be any damage due to the shipping, please contact us via our social media platform or email within 24 hours from delivery to report it using at least 3 pictures or 1 video presenting the damage to issue a return request for your item. (Terms & Conditions Apply).

Should there be any missing parts/defective products; it must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date stating the nature of the damage/fault/shortage using 3 pictures or 1 video via our social media platform or email. (Terms & Conditions Apply).

In case of a Change of mind with stating any damage in the product, you can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date, only if the product is secured in the original packaging & the product is in its original condition. 

All products can be returned in case of a change of mind without stating damage in the product, except for the following ones: 

  • Used product or any product that is not used but without its original card or packaging or is not in its original condition.
  • Products manufactured on demand with special specifications upon the customer’s request such as (custom workstations).
  • Items exceeded 14 days.
  • Items identified as misuse.

Refund 
Products that are defective or have quality problems are only eligible for repair and replacement, not returns. However, you are entitled to a full refund if it doesn't meet your expectations after that.
Shipping expenses and 50% of your down payment will be charged if you decide to return it as you changed your mind before the trial for repair or replacement.
Any defective item must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. If not, it signifies that the product was functional and in good condition. Any report made after the allotted time will be treated as a warranty case rather than a defective item.

Customers are not allowed to retain money for orders you must either accept the product, pay the entire amount, and then contact customer support if there are any problems. may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement or any other payment method.
